Must:

- Good understanding of SAP and data relationships in customer records.
- Customer service experience dealing with complex queries or complaints, primarily over the phone.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
- Must hold entitlement to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Validate new customer account requests in SAP.
- Update customer records in SAP.
- Liaise with customers to obtain missing information.
- Manage and record queries, resolving them with the relevant team.
- Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customers and address any errors.
