Requirements
Must:
- ERP business application support
- Backend Database (SQL) - Creating queries to view data from various data tables
- Experience with Windows-based desktop applications and browser-based apps
- Customer-facing web portal experience for sales representatives and merchandisers on iOS/Android
- Experience dealing with owners, keyholders, and management
- Strong IT background dealing with servers, Windows devices, and registry modifications
- Desirable: Stimulsoft report software or experience in report creation such as Crystal Reports
- Desirable: Backend Database (SQL) - Stored procedure, view creation, updating data tables
- Desirable: Experience with Windows Server/IIS
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for ERP business applications
- Create and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Assist users with Windows-based desktop applications and web-based platforms
- Support customer-facing web portals for sales representatives
- Troubleshoot technical issues with servers and Windows devices
- Modify registry settings as needed to enhance performance
- Collaborate with management to address keyholder issues and concerns
Description
