Lead Solution Architect

We require significant experience and proven technical depth within one of the following domains of cybersecurity: security operations & incident response, threat & vulnerability management, identity & access management, cryptography, infrastructure, network, application, data, or cloud. You should possess a broad background across information technology with the ability to communicate clearly with non-security technical SMEs. Experience in both operational and transformation cybersecurity roles is essential, along with a solid understanding of large-scale IT transformation programmes. Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, Centrify, Delinea, and OneIdentity is necessary. Additionally, you should have experience in preparing end-to-end configuration of the strategic PAM capability, including both on-prem deployments and cloud-native toolings, and assisting in the preparation of demonstrable journeys on the configured PAM tooling. In terms of qualifications, we expect a Master's or Doctorate degree in cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, or a related field, alongside CISSP/CISM certification or another broad cybersecurity industry-recognized certificate. Preferred certifications include SABSA or TOGAF.
