Business Analyst - ERP/WMS

In this high-profile role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear documentation of the highest standard. You will develop and deliver effective communication and change management strategies that align with wider program activity. Conducting detailed GAP analyses to identify improvements in systems, processes, and integrations will be part of your role. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure business needs are fully understood and accurately captured. You will support the creation of robust business cases and project plans in collaboration with finance and Project Management teams, and create detailed functional specifications and user stories that guide system enhancements and development. Working cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, applications, and other IT teams to ensure technical considerations are fully integrated into plans and budgets is essential. You will also monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that risks and issues are clearly raised and managed, while bringing forward industry best practices, emerging trends, and strategic thinking related to ERP and WMS technologies.
