Requirements
Must:
We require at least 5 years of automation test expertise. Strong skills in Java and SQL are essential, along with experience using tools such as Selenium, WDIO/Cucumber, and RestAssured. Familiarity with CI/CD integration via Jenkins or GitLab is also necessary. You should have experience in designing and executing test plans, creating scalable automation frameworks, defining performance test strategies, and ensuring full traceability across Agile or Waterfall deliveries. Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), API testing, database comparisons, and familiarity with tools like JIRA/Xephyr is crucial. A background in IAM, SailPoint, SCIM, REST, LDAP, OIDC, graph databases, or ServiceNow/AD integrations would be a strong bonus.
Responsibilities
As our Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading test automation across complex web, API, and cloud-based projects. You will own the automation strategy, build robust frameworks, and lead a team of engineers. When needed, you will also jump into manual testing to ensure quality across our projects.
Description
We are looking for a proactive technical leader who drives quality, mentors others, improves processes, and thrives in fast-moving environments. This role requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week as part of a contract that is inside IR35. More details will be provided upon successful application.
