Requirements
Must:
- 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Experience
- CompTIA+ or equivalent IT industry qualification
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and business applications
- Knowledge of hardware and networking
- System administration experience with Active Directory
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Understanding of cloud technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tickets while adhering to SLAs
- Strong customer communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and a practical approach
- Full UK driving license
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues
- Provide support for networks, hardware, cloud platforms, and security tools
- Work in a hands-on and customer-facing environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to tackle complex issues
- Participate in monthly one-to-ones to discuss progress and goals
- Manage ticket priorities and SLAs at speed
- Communicate effectively with small and medium-sized business clients
