Requirements
Must:
- I require a degree in IT, Business IT, or equivalent training.
- You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrate initiative.
- It’s crucial that you can quickly understand business and system processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
- You need to be able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- A general knowledge of IT, including Microsoft applications, servers, browsers, and remote desktop, is essential.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be part of our support function, logging service calls and speaking directly with customers.
- Your main tasks will involve troubleshooting software and process-related issues and documenting solutions.
- As you progress, you will gain exposure to upgrades, installations, development work, and delivering training.
