Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in 1st Line IT Support or similar roles, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as O365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Outlook. A basic understanding of networking principles is essential, paired with a proactive and positive attitude toward learning and teamwork. While relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA A, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft) are desirable, they are not essential.
Responsibilities
As our 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing first-class technical support and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include logging, managing, and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary. Additionally, you will set up and configure new devices, user accounts, and applications, perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and updates, and communicate clearly with clients to keep them informed every step of the way. Following ITIL best practices and contributing to continuous improvement will also be part of your role.
