Network Support Engineer

I am seeking an IT professional with proven networking support experience who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in dynamic environments. Additionally, I will need the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical users. My experience should include network support and fault resolution in live environments, configuring and maintaining firewalls, switches, and routers, supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 connectivity and cloud integration, implementing and supporting VPNs for remote users, and monitoring and managing performance through common network tools. The position offers competitive pay, a performance bonus, and additional benefits such as 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays. After six months, I will participate in a Saturday morning rota, and I can expect team socials and events, along with Vitality Healthcare after 12 months of service. Flexibility in working arrangements is emphasized, as I will work from home while also occasionally visiting client sites and the HQ in Basildon, Essex.
