Must:
We are looking for candidates who have over 2 years of experience in AV support within a service operations environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and various AV hardware including Yealink, Logitech, Lenovo, Poly, Surface Hubs, and Teams phones. Proven experience in L2-L3 support is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We value the ability to manage workloads effectively, work flexibly, and collaborate as part of a team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing incident, request, change, and problem management support. You will troubleshoot AV issues, meet SLA targets, and perform root cause analysis. Monitoring systems, escalating issues, and suggesting service improvements will be part of your routine. You will have the opportunity to support both remote and on-site upgrades while contributing to knowledge sharing. Collaborating with project teams and attending regular reviews and client meetings will be important, as well as participating in the on-call rota and providing occasional planned on-site support.
