Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and C# (including query optimisation and performance tuning)
- Experience with data modelling, ETL pipelines, and data integration
- Proven ability to work directly with stakeholders and data users to understand problems and deliver effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience building or migrating to Snowflake (or other cloud-based) data platforms
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of a new Snowflake-based data platform
- Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations using Snowflake, Python, SQL, and C#
- Work directly with stakeholders and data users to understand problems and deliver effective solutions
Description
We are a forward-thinking company located in Westminster, London, looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer for an initial 3-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing our new data platform and will enjoy a competitive day rate of £600pd-£650pd. This position requires you to be onsite two days per week to collaborate effectively with our team.
