Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in data engineering
- Proven, hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Spark SQL
- Experience delivering production pipelines in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, metadata management, and governance
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and software engineering best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and data products
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Deliver robust, production-grade data foundations that support analytics, automation, and operational decision-making
- Shape the data ecosystem, ensuring reliability, performance, and long-term sustainability
Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer who specializes in Palantir Foundry for a remote working opportunity. This will be a contract position for an initial 3 months with a day rate of £400pd-£500pd. Our team values collaboration and innovation, and we aim to build scalable data solutions that empower our clients decision-making processes. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
