Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a project coordination or technical project management role. A strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, firewalling, Wi-Fi, and servers, is essential. I expect you to confidently engage in technical discussions with both engineers and clients, assessing customer infrastructure and making informed recommendations. Familiarity with the preparation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for proposed solutions is advantageous. You should possess a solid grasp of project delivery principles, particularly around risk and dependency management. A technical background, such as a network engineer or systems engineer, is highly desirable. While formal project management certifications like Prince2 or PMP are not required, a structured, risk-aware mindset is essential.
Responsibilities
As the Client Solutions Manager, I want you to act as the primary liaison between our clients and technical delivery teams. You will lead project initiation and planning sessions with clients, overseeing project delivery, implementation, and progress tracking. Maintaining regular client updates and managing expectations throughout the delivery process will be crucial. You'll also support clients in understanding their current infrastructure, advising on migration paths, and identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects. Collaboration with network engineers and technical staff will be essential to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, I expect you to write Statements of Work.
