Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of Enterprise Integration Services
- Work collaboratively within the Operations team
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java and associated technologies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
- Utilize cloud solutions to enhance infrastructure capabilities
- Participate in Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban
- Engage in collaborative practices like TDD and Pair Programming
Description
We are currently seeking a Microservices Engineer for our public sector client to join our Operations team in Telford. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring you to be in the office 2 days a week. The position is contract-based for up to 12-15 months, with regular reviews every 3 months. We are looking for a candidate who holds active SC clearance and has a strong background in Java and microservices.
