Must:
- I require 7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- I need a strong command of C# and Angular.
- Solid experience with SQL, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must.
- I’m looking for a proven ability to lead and inspire development teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Bonus points if you have experience managing software development processes, familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), or relevant certifications in software development.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- You will design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C#, MAUI, WinForms, Web API, and Angular.
- You’ll leverage SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps (ADO) to streamline development and deployment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions will be part of your role.
- Upholding best practices in coding, testing, and documentation will be essential.
- You will need to identify and resolve software defects efficiently.
