Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing BA talent is required, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and business process modeling techniques. You should be capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities
In this strategic leadership role, I will lead and inspire a high-performing team of 25+ Business Analysts across multiple projects and domains. I will define and implement the strategic vision for the Business Analysis function, ensuring alignment with both business and technology goals. It will be my responsibility to establish and maintain best practices, frameworks, and standards for business analysis across the organization. I will collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and requirements, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of business requirements, process models, and stakeholder engagement. I will drive continuous improvement in BA methodologies, tools, and performance metrics, while supporting agile and waterfall delivery models. Additionally, I will promote a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence within the BA team, monitor team performance, project outcomes, and champion our CARES values in all aspects of leadership, delivery, and team development.
