Requirements
Must:
- Proven background as a Design Lead or Senior Designer on large-scale digital/data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Smart Data Repository (SDR) - design, build and test
- Microsoft Dynamics design & configuration exposure
- Strong service design, interaction design and prototyping skills
- Ability to lead design direction within agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end design across the Smart Data Repository (SDR) platform
- Lead the design, build and test phases for key SDR components
- Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define user-centered design approaches
- Translate complex requirements into clear design solutions
- Guide multidisciplinary teams through prototyping, governance, and delivery
- Ensure the platform is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user needs, data governance standards, and organizational strategy
Description
We are offering an 8-week contract for a Design Lead position, operating inside IR35. This hybrid role requires you to be on-site in London for 2-3 days a week. You will be joining a dynamic team focused on the Smart Data Repository (SDR) platform, contributing to transformative design solutions and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
