We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst who has made significant contributions in their field and is eager to continue their growth in a dynamic consultancy environment. You should be adaptable, proactive, and confident in your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an IT consultancy. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Familiarity with BA methodologies (e.g., BPMN, MoSCoW, Lean Six Sigma). - Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. - An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. - The ability to manage multiple small projects or one medium-sized engagement. - Experience in pensions is highly desirable. - Knowledge of Financial Services or Public Sector environments is a plus.

As a Business Analyst at TXP, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of digital transformation projects across various industries. You will work on small to medium-sized projects, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable requirements. Your responsibilities will span the full delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery through to implementation and support. In this role, you will: - Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. - Facilitate workshops to explore and define business changes. - Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. - Analyze data to uncover insights and support decision-making. - Create clear and concise process documentation and visualizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions. - Support end-users through training and ongoing engagement. - Champion best practices in Business Analysis across TXP.
