Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Software, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in model-based controls engineering, ideally in automotive or motorsport.
- Strong expertise in Simulink and Stateflow.
- A solid understanding of HV battery systems, EV powertrains, and ICE technology.
- Experience with calibration tools and version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with standards such as MISRA, ASPICE, and ISO26262.
- Knowledge of CAN/LIN and EE system debugging.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Control Software Engineer, you will:
- Develop control algorithms for battery, EV, and ICE powertrain systems.
- Engage in full V-cycle software development using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow.
- Capture requirements, create system models, and design control strategies.
- Conduct simulation and validation, including MIL, SIL, HIL, and vehicle testing.
- Support software releases for prototype and pre-production phases.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software.
- Contribute to FMEA processes, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
