Requirements
Must:
- Currently studying for a degree in Computer Science or a similar IT-based discipline
- Good communicator on a personal and written level
- Knowledge of Windows desktop and server administration (desirable)
- Linux administration (desirable)
- Active Directory user and group management (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel) (desirable)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) (desirable)
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking (desirable)
- Keen interest in technology
- Possession of a full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Support the helpdesk and infrastructure teams
- Build, maintain, and operate the TUV SUD UK IT infrastructure
- Support the UK user base
- Work on various IT projects on the IT roadmap
- Collaborate with different business areas within TUV SUD in the UK
- Potentially travel to other offices throughout the UK as required
