Requirements
Must:
- Strong foundation in finance and accounting processes, with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Background in using ERP systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, or similar (Oracle preferred).
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work across different departments, especially within an international team.
- Able to work independently and manage projects in a dynamic environment.
- Bonus skills include experience with commercial finance, ESG reporting, Anaplan, knowledge of EMEA finance regulations, and familiarity with API-based data integration.
Responsibilities
- Engage with finance stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into requirements for technology teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation.
- Support the migration to a cloud-based finance system, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Act as the go-to contact for finance system queries and provide end-user support.
- Document processes, maintain workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly those based in North America.
