Requirements
Must:
- Third level qualifications in Business, Finance, or IT related fields.
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in the financial sector.
- Experience with Reference Data commercial models, analytics, and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Highly effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience of preparing and delivering documentation detailing outcomes of technical processes to a wide-ranging audience.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, mathematically competent with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative to work independently.
- Skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and manage time to maximise efficiency and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client onboarding services and support for our solutions, Xmon & Submarine.
- Analyze attributes and dimensions contributing to usage/cost issues and suggest appropriate mitigation.
- Provide proactive insights into clients cost profiles, identifying and explaining potential cost optimization opportunities.
- Explain complex reference data vendor pricing models to clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional/technical business specification documents to contribute to product roadmap.
- Work with the Submarine development team to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Process and map data, including writing SQL statements to query the data.
