We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about technology and can contribute valuable opinions to drive the entire project lifecycle. You should bring unique technical knowledge, experience, or a distinct mindset. Specific experience and skills needed for the role include:
- Providing consultancy services to clients and developing strategies and business cases.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, fostering creativity and innovation within project teams.
- Defining the technology direction for projects and programs in collaboration with clients.
- Enabling business development by interpreting client briefs into sound technical proposals.
- Understanding the needs of typical stakeholders such as IT heads, marketing heads, CMS users, and product owners.
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will:
- Lead teams and clients confidently, maintaining important stakeholder relationships.
- Influence the strategic direction of projects or tasks.
- Work on large and complex projects, acting as a trusted problem solver and team lead.
- Meet personal targets relevant to your role and support our inclusive environment and ESG commitments.
- Manage challenging situations effectively, providing guidance to less experienced team members.
- Onboard new starters and proactively seek and give timely feedback to your team.
- Escalate significant problems beyond your team's scope to achieve successful resolutions.
- Promote good practices and latest trends in your discipline to deepen the knowledge of those around you.
