Principal Solution Architect - Whitechapel

In this role, you will lead projects or workstreams in technology engagements, collaborating with client teams to align technical solutions with organizational strategies and user needs. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, is a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will define and communicate end-to-end solution architectures for complex programs, translating business and user needs into scalable, ethical, and maintainable technical designs. Your duties will include conducting thorough technical assessments and providing actionable recommendations for decision-makers, explaining the potential impact, costs, benefits, and risks of those recommendations. You will support client architecture governance to ensure alignment with enterprise, data, and security standards, as well as contribute to delivery planning in support of agile product development. Further, you will facilitate architecture decision-making with clients, produce high-quality artifacts such as roadmaps and architecture models, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. We encourage the promotion of ethical, inclusive, and sustainable technology practices and require collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across design, data, and delivery. Additionally, you will support bids, mentor consultants and architects, and contribute to continual development within our technology and data practice.
