Lead Solution Architect

In this role, you will lead project workstreams or small/medium client engagements focused on technology. You will collaborate with client teams to align technical solutions with organizational strategies and user needs. You’ll define and communicate end-to-end solution architectures for programs and services, translating business and user needs into scalable, ethical, and maintainable designs. Conducting thorough technical assessments and providing actionable recommendations will be part of your duties. You will support client architecture governance to ensure compliance with enterprise, data, and security standards while contributing to agile product development planning. You will facilitate architecture decision-making with clients, create high-quality artifacts such as roadmaps and architecture diagrams, and ensure effective communication of complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across design, data, and delivery will be essential, as will input into technology content for bids and proposals. You’ll maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends and technologies, mentor junior consultants, and provide thought leadership while fostering strong client relationships.
