Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance sector
- Strong understanding of technical systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to navigate transformation environments, particularly in modernizing and migrating from legacy systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in using JIRA and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape, including technical aspects of legacy systems
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to identify and remove obstacles
- Rapidly acquire knowledge about the systems and the products they support
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs from stakeholders on documented requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address their needs and concerns
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in project documentation
- Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
