Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in University
- Excellent attention to detail and high organizational skills
- Proactive approach to tasks
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- (Desired) Knowledge of financial markets
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of client and operational data stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis
- Maintain high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework
- Take ownership of the maintenance and change management of allocated individual systems data as directed by the Team Manager
- Maintain Legal Entity records within the firms client databases
- Ensure data management compliance within the relevant regulatory framework
- Assist with data integration projects
- Support the Team Manager and wider team colleagues with various change initiatives and process enhancements
- Act as a liaison and provide support for any internal or external audits when delegated by the Team Manager
