Requirements
Must:
- 9 years of experience as an Engineer in a Retail domain or related occupation
- Strong background in Oracle Technologies
- Expertise in designing and implementing Oracle retail modules (ONPREM/SaaS) customizations within MFCS
- Experience in agile software development
- Demonstrated technical thought leadership in customer-facing situations
- Familiarity with ORACLE SaaS Merchandise Foundation, Price Hub & Sales Audit offerings
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Pro C, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and shell script
- Knowledge of database query languages such as Oracle performance, EXA, etc.
- Presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to define Architectural and Design guard rails for efficient design and development processes
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Present findings with a high degree of comfort in both large and small settings
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge in Oracle Retail and Retail domain design
- Work on a wide range of Integration patterns
- Ensure successful hands-on programming execution
- Collaborate effectively within a large organization with multiple stakeholders
