Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
- 3 years experience working on a large, global platform of Workday HCM with a focus on Talent and Performance
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Talent & Performance modules, is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
- Strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations
- Lead discovery and refinement of Workday features and functionality for Talent & Performance
- Analyze complex business processes and define integrated business and solution requirements using industry-standard methodologies and techniques
- Coordinate functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation
- Support current Talent & Performance processes in SAP SuccessFactors during the transition period
