Requirements
Must:
- 9+ years of experience as an Engineer in a Retail domain or related occupation
- Strong background in technical and functional achievements with the Oracle MOM suite
- Experience in agile software development
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Oracle retail modules (ONPREM/SaaS)
- Proficient in programming using Java, Pro C, and PL/SQL
- Skilled in scripting languages such as JavaScript and shell script
- Knowledgeable in database query language, particularly Oracle - performance, EXA, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with both large and small audiences
- Familiar with industry standards for enterprise integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Define effective Architectural and Design guard rails that drive efficient design and development processes
- Demonstrate a substantial level of knowledge in Oracle Retail and Retail domain design (SaaS & ONPREM)
- Work on a wide range of Integration patterns
- Deliver hands-on success in programming and scripting
- Serve as a technical thought leader in customer-facing situations
