Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level systems across multiple domains
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and foundational cloud skills (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to bridge business and technology to translate strategic objectives into actionable architecture roadmaps
- Expertise in ServiceNow core components (Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB)
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, or other key ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Experience with integration design patterns and technologies (Event Driven, REST, SOAP)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Bachelors and/or masters degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary architect for the ServiceNow platform
- Lead the architecture and design of solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM/PPM, HRSD, etc.)
- Partner with enterprise and solution architects to design end-to-end solutions spanning multiple platforms
- Develop an understanding of TJXs global business strategies and contribute to application rationalization & modernization roadmap
- Develop reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and design templates
- Support the publication and communication of strategic technology standards and roadmaps
- Define and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow platforms architecture and roadmap
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices across enterprise solutions
- Lead high-level design, integration patterns, and performance/scalability best practices
- Ensure adherence to platform best practices and security
- Define and enforce architectural governance processes and design review boards
- Stay abreast of new ServiceNow product offerings and emerging technologies
