Operations Lead - Ticketing

We are excited to offer a key role in supporting how our residents and visitors move across Greater Manchester as our Ticketing Operations Lead. This position is at the heart of our customer-facing digital and physical ticketing systems, ranging from contactless EMV payments and mobile apps to smartcards and real-time vehicle tracking. In this role, you will drive operational excellence while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including IS, Customer Experience, and Operations, to deliver a world-class ticketing experience. We operate a hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. This role sits within the Ticketing Team at TfGM in the Customer & Growth Directorate, a diverse, multi-disciplined team dedicated to significant change. We are offering a permanent position with a salary of £70,906 - £79,805 per annum, depending on experience.
