- Complete initial online course covering fundamentals of computing and AI
- Attend core training covering various technologies and tools
- Explore different technology roles to determine personal strengths and interests
- Engage in self-driven training and development after core training
- Work on real-time projects with clients post-training
- Receive mentorship and support throughout the training and placement process
