Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
- Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance
- Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture, especially in multi-vendor ecosystems
- Good understanding of ITIL service management processes
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations
- Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance
- Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation
Description
We are a recruitment agency tasked with identifying a skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect to support the design and optimization of the ServiceNow platform for one of our government clients. The role is fully remote and offers a long-term contract with an excellent day rate dependent on experience.
