Cloud Engineer

- Manage availability, performance, and capacity of cloud services - Monitor and diagnose issues using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics - Ensure agreed service levels for availability and performance are consistently met - Design and implement Azure solutions aligned with architectural best practices - Apply security-by-design principles across all cloud services - Ensure solutions meet business continuity and disaster recovery requirements, including regular testing - Provide 2nd/3rd line support for cloud, infrastructure, and network-related issues - Manage incidents and problems through to resolution, documenting lessons learned - Provide guidance and knowledge sharing within the IT team - Manage Azure networking components including Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, and Firewalls - Maintain internal LAN and WAN connectivity to ensure stable and resilient network services - Monitor network performance and resolve issues in line with change control processes - Research and recommend new cloud technologies to improve stability, performance, and security - Contribute to regulatory compliance, risk management, business continuity, and audit processes - Provide evidence and support internal and external audit requirements
