Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Salesforce Service Cloud product roadmap
- Work with stakeholders across customer service, operations, and digital teams to understand priorities
- Translate business and user needs into clear features and delivery backlogs
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities to maximise customer value
- Collaborate with delivery teams and third-party partners to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Use data, insight, and feedback to drive continuous platform improvement
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and adoption materials
- Support the rollout and adoption of new Salesforce functionality
- Coach and mentor Salesforce administrators and platform users
