We are looking for a HRIS Specialist with:
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM system administration.
- Strong understanding of business systems, project lifecycles, and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead projects and deliver measurable business improvements.
- Experience in hybrid working environments and supporting system upgrades.
Responsibilities
As an HRIS Specialist, my key responsibilities will include:
- Leading system change initiatives, from requirements gathering to release management.
- Acting as the technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring system reliability, configuration, and performance.
- Managing third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Driving user acceptance testing, training, and support across the business.
- Championing continuous improvement and self-sufficiency in system usage.
- Delivering upgrades and updates, ensuring maximum business benefit.
- Maintaining documentation, KPIs, and support materials to enhance system transparency and usability.
Description
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract role where you can be based anywhere in the UK, provided you can be onsite in Cornwall twice per month (travel expenses covered).
