Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in complex technology or software services sales, ideally in consultancy or delivery-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with the determination to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and progress your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Utilize channels such as cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking to engage prospects.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across target accounts.
- Lead the sales process from initial engagement through to contract closure.
- Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to effectively qualify, advance, and forecast opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Business Development Managers to drive campaign activity and engagement.
- Engage executive sponsorship at key stages of deals to accelerate sales cycles.
- Accurately forecast and report on pipeline health and deal progress.

In this role, as a Senior Client Director, you will be responsible for winning 4-6 new clients per year through a comprehensive end-to-end new business sales process, with support from a dedicated Business Development Manager and a Marketing Executive. We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000, with an OTE of £120k - £140k in Year 1 and £150k - £200k in Year 2.
