Requirements
Must:
- 2 years of retail store systems information technology experience
- Experience in Oracle XStore and associated infrastructure
- Experience in the build, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle XStore technology
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of Windows batch and Linux shell scripting
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Oracle XStore test environments and hardware within IT test labs
- Build, deploy, and support XStore versions and related infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and environment issues
- Work closely with project teams and third-party vendors across EMEA
