Requirements
Must:
- Expert-level proficiency in React, Python, and AWS Bedrock
- Deep, practical experience building agentic systems and orchestration concepts
- Proven track record in sectors like FinTech, Gov, or Healthcare
- Ability to navigate APIs, cloud infrastructure, and frontend integrations seamlessly
- Strong experience leading engineering delivery on complex platforms
- Ability to unblock teams and drive scope forward
Responsibilities
- Coordinate frontend, AI, cloud, and QA activities to ensure a predictable, high-quality release cycle
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to translate ambiguous goals into concrete, deliverable backlogs
- Take ownership of the implementation of core platform mechanics and technical risks
- Act as the primary escalation point, maintaining momentum through early-stage scoping and high-ambiguity phases
- Implement best-in-class engineering practices, including CI/CD, maintainable codebases, and rigorous testing
- Technically guide a team of engineers, upskilling them in agentic systems and production-grade AI delivery patterns
