Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience with SAP, particularly in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- Experience in operations such as production, materials, or quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with functional specifications, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Strong customer-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in a multinational setup.
Responsibilities
- Solve SAP issues and assist users in getting back on track quickly.
- Train and support key users to ensure they feel confident utilizing the system.
- Drive improvements through small tweaks, mini projects, or larger enhancements.
- Participate in projects, including testing, training, and data migration assistance.
- Conduct internal SAP health checks and audits to maintain smooth operations.
- Engage in process mapping and fit-gap analysis to influence future SAP usage.
