Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in SAP MM, logistics, warehousing, and purchasing
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
- Proficiency in training key users for optimal system utilization
- Experience in SAP project management, including testing and data migration
- Capability to drive continuous improvements through system changes and enhancements
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions
- Strong writing skills for functional specifications and training materials
- A customer-focused and collaborative attitude

Responsibilities
- Resolve SAP MM, logistics, and warehousing issues through help desk tickets
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Train and support key users to optimize system use
- Work on SAP projects including testing, training, and data migration
- Drive continuous improvements through system changes, mini projects, and enhancements
Description
We are seeking a technically proficient SAP professional who is not only experienced in the technical aspects of SAP MM, logistics, and warehousing but is also confident in coaching and mentoring others. If you have experience in problem-solving and process improvement within a fast-moving manufacturing environment, this role may be your ideal next step.
