Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
- Background or exposure to design
- Experience working within a product team and understanding how good product delivery works
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Interest in health, fitness, or consumer apps
- Self-starter mindset with a high work ethic
Responsibilities
- Owning and maintaining the product roadmap across multiple consumer apps
- Keeping Jira organised and up to date
- Translating user feedback directly into priorities and output
- Speaking directly with users from day one
- Personally responding to user feedback emails to deeply understand problems
- Turning insights into experiments, features, and improvements within your first 30 days
- Depending on your background: Creating screens, flows, experiments, and concepts (Figma / prototyping) or helping build and ship features, fixing bugs when needed
- Using tools like Mixpanel to understand behaviour and test assumptions
- Making data-informed prioritisation decisions
- Brainstorming and contributing ideas that improve product performance
