Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience delivering integrations specifically for Niche RMS or a directly comparable policing RMS platform
- Mastery of APIs, ETL processes, and backend interface design
- Understanding of the pace, governance, and complexity of long-term government technology programs
- Deep-seated knowledge of secure integration patterns and least-privilege data access
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy the connective tissue between Niche RMS and a complex landscape of intelligence, operational, and enterprise systems
- Take full ownership of API development, data feeds, and interface design to ensure high availability and data integrity
- Implement robust, secure integration patterns that meet the rigorous standards of a highly regulated law enforcement environment
- Lead the integration journey from initial blueprinting and build through to high-stakes testing and go-live
- Contribute to a long-running, multi-year program that is redefining how technology serves the public sector
Description
We are a leading public sector organization based in Warwickshire, embarking on a landmark digital evolution by migrating to Niche RMS. We are seeking a high-level Integration Specialist who will serve as the technical architect for our backend ecosystem. Our mission is to connect the intelligence that protects the public, making a direct impact on frontline policing and public safety. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an approximate requirement of 2 days on-site in Warwickshire per week. The position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate. We ensure a supportive and innovative work environment where your contributions will drive meaningful change in public service.
