Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within FinTech or HealthTech
- Strong understanding of data security regulations (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Experience with modern data stacks (Airflow, Fivetran, Python)
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of analysts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with scalable data architectures (Snowflake/Redshift)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global data roadmap that supports international expansion
- Mentor two internal analysts and manage external vendors for project success
- Serve as the primary interface for data, translating technical data insights into business strategy
- Drive the transition to a scalable data architecture and manage system integrations
- Analyze key metrics like churn, lifetime value, and patient wellness to inform business decisions
Description
