Requirements
Must:
- At least 8 years of DevOps experience
- Knowledge of implementing CI pipeline and continuous deployment pipeline processes in AWS Cloud
- Proficient in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, NodeJs, Go
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, shell script, Perl
- Experience implementing security tools as part of CI/CD pipeline fragments in GitLab
- Familiarity with SAST, DAST, Threat Modelling, SCA, Container Security analysis
- Strong experience in creating Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, Packer, Ansible
- Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies
- Experience configuring GitLab runners
- Must hold SC Clearance (active or lapsed)
- Experience in delivering DevSecOps in the Public Sector
Responsibilities
- Help deliver a crucial Automation project over the next 6 months
- Collaborate with team members to implement CI pipeline and continuous deployment processes
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using various tools
- Implement security tools and technologies within CI/CD frameworks
- Troubleshoot and optimize deployment processes across different environments
- Ensure security and compliance measures are integrated throughout the development process
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
- Contribute to the overall success of the project working with Central Government stakeholders
