Requirements
Must:
- Deep, hands-on experience configuring Niche RMS within a UK Policing or Criminal Justice environment
- Granular understanding of Niche data structures, forms, mandatory fields, and validation rules
- Expertise in configuring security roles and permissions within regulated environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot configuration defects and optimize system performance for high-volume use
Responsibilities
- Translate raw operational requirements into sophisticated Niche workflows, entities, and business rules
- Drive the configuration backlog to meet ambitious migration milestones and rehearsal cycles
- Design and implement robust Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and validation logic to ensure data integrity and officer safety
- Ensure the solution is stable and supportable during the transition from trial migrations to high-stakes production cutover
- Execute comprehensive knowledge transfer to internal teams for system longevity
