Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in NICE CXone architecture
- Strong knowledge of CXone modules: Studio, ACD, IVR, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Digital Channels
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
- Experience in enterprise contact center architecture
- NICE CXone Certified Architect (preferred)
- Networking/telephony certifications (e.g., CCNP)
Responsibilities
- Design, govern, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions across the NICE CXone platform
- Ensure all CXone capabilities are architected to meet business requirements and security standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate complex requirements
- Work with technical engineering teams and vendor partners to create scalable and secure designs
- Manage the integration of various CXone features including ACD/IVR, WFO/WFM, Quality Management, and Analytics
