Must:
We are seeking candidates who have a valid UK driving license and their own transport, as our office location is not served by public transportation. A recognized qualification in Computer Programming or Software Development is essential; ideally, we prefer candidates with a degree in Computer Science or a related numerate discipline. A genuine interest in Software Development is a must. We also require applicants to demonstrate real-world practical experience with technical skills, particularly in C#, T-SQL, and ASP.Net.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will undergo an initial training period to familiarize yourself with our product portfolio from a support perspective. After this training, your responsibilities will be diverse, involving both software development and technical support. You will collaborate with an experienced developer to gradually take on a portion of the support work until you achieve full technical competency. You will primarily work in technologies including C#, T-SQL, and ASP.Net, predominantly on Windows machines, with occasional exposure to Linux/Unix.
Description
This is a permanent position, offering a salary of £25,000 plus healthcare benefits. The role is home-based, requiring regular travel to Newbury, Berkshire.
