Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with Salesforce
- Extensive hands-on coding, testing, and application development experience in an agile environment
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, .NET, Ruby, or Python
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, XP, and Kanban
- Experience in building and deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment, configuration and containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
- Previous experience with the Salesforce platform, including proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite with hands-on configuration experience
- Strong customer focus and results orientation
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration abilities
- Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction across teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test innovative software products for external customers
- Produce high quality code to meet product/platform requirements
- Adhere to architecture standards and development best practices like Test-Driven development, code reviews, static code analysis, and secure coding
- Write technical user stories ensuring non-functional requirements are met for performance and reliability
- Actively resolve defects and manage technical debt
- Develop unit tests for coverage and regression testing
- Assist in the development of automated tests and environment management scripts
- Practice DevOps methods like CI/CD, SDLC automation, and proactive monitoring/telemetry
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Perform spikes and investigations to evaluate new tools/technologies
- Collaborate with the team to support end-to-end processes including design, development, QA, deployment, and production support
Description
